Power your home with Solar AI! This Singapore-based startup makes solar energy adoption simpler and more accessible to people using a rent-to-own (RTO) and solar leasing model. And they just raised a $1.5M seed!

  • Launched in 2020, this startup sells rooftop solar panels for zero upfront costs.
  • They’ll be using the $$$ to scale their RTO solar program and expand to SEA.

Investor check. Earth Venture Capital led the round! Undivided Ventures, Investible, and climate-tech angel investor David Pardo also joined in.

☀️ Bills too high?

You know that feeling. At the end of the month, you get your electricity bill, and shocker, it’s crazy high! Here’s a cheaper (and more eco-friendly!) alternative for you.

  • Catch that solar power. Solar AI’s RTO model helps you save money and avoid untimely blackouts by using solar energy!
  • Did you know? Solar energy is actually cheap, but installation and maintenance are costly.

Got a commercial property? They have a solar leasing model where they’ll install, maintain, and operate solar panels on your property for no upfront cost.

  • You can purchase electricity generated from those solar panels at a discounted rate!

😎 How it works

Solar AI charges you a flat monthly fee to monitor and maintain your solar panels. After the contract period—it’s yours!

  • Earn some $$$. If you’re suffering from success (aka have too much power), you can actually sell that back to the grid
