August 19, 2022
FOMO Pay

Say hey to FOMO Pay. This Singaporean startup is the one-stop solution for businesses to accept payments and more. Now, they've just raised a $13M Series A!

  • They power over 10,000 businesses and have four regulatory licenses.

Investor check. Jump Crypto led the round. HashKey Capital, Antalpha Ventures, Ab Initio Capital and Republic Capital also joined in.

🤑 How it works

The plan. Be the leading global banking service provider for the fast-growing digital economy. But how exactly?

One payment platform to rule them all. Accept 25+ global and international payment methods, including leading credit cards, digital wallets, QR payments, BNPL and yes, even crypto!

  • Use it with their QR code, a POS, payment page, APIs, plugins or transaction link.

Business banking. They also offer multi-currency virtual accounts to allow you to make real-time international payments with low FX rates across their network of 100+ countries.

Crypto. They've got Asia's first licensed gateway that connects fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies for businesses.

  • Convert crypto to fiat (and vice versa) while keeping it fast and cheap.

⚡️ What's next

They'll be growing the team, investing in their infrastructure and working with regulators on central bank digital currency projects.

Plus, they'll be adding some extra muscle to their R&D capabilities, launching new products (including crypto) and expanding across markets.
