Mother Nature loves Thryve.Earth. Why? They’re here to build projects (and tech) to conserve and restore nature. Now, they’ve just raised a $2.6M funding round!

In the past 18 months, they’ve engaged with over 500 field organizations and landowners across Indonesia, Brazil, and Africa for project development opportunities.

  • These alone have the potential to solve over 3.6M credits annually. They’ve also started servicing over 400,000 hectares in land for projects.

Investor check. Openspace led the round. Existing investor Capital Code and strategic angels also joined in.

  • Thryve has raised a total of $3.4M in funding.

🌿 Keeping it green

Conserving and restoring nature is one of the best ways to fight climate change. At the same time, there’s a lot of talk about pushing for a low-carbon economy globally, which is causing more and more folks to buy and sell carbon credits.

The problem? You need verifiable high-quality carbon projects to make sure they’re truly mitigating climate change

👋🏼 Where Thyrve comes in

They make it simple to build high-quality nature-based carbon projects, faster and at scale.

  • Examples of these projects? Projects that focus on forest conservation, wetland protection, reforestation, agriculture, and more.

Everyone in one place. They bring together all the stakeholders needed to fund and build a project on their platform.

End-to-end. Their tech platform supports projects from end to end—from financing and assessing projects all the way to designing and implementing them.

  • Projects are more efficient, cost-effective, and higher quality.
  • Their tech includes remote sensing, machine learning, and advanced modeling.

🔜 What’s next?

With the $$$, they’ll build next-generation tools that de-risk and streamline project assessment, as well as design and implement projects.

  • They’ll also be growing the team and expanding to more markets in Asia and Latin America.
