Hi, India! Part of the new $$$ was used to acquire D2C platform and data specialist Shoptimize.

• This marks the company's entry into India.
• 150+ brands use Shoptimize to scale their D2C businesses through their software and solutions.

They've also acquired Southeast Asia's SellinAll, an SEA marketplace specialist.

• They build solutions for e-commerce companies to reach more buyers, increase sales and scale beyond borders.
• They have integrations, APIs, software and more.
