$5.1M to shake up more than just business finance

June 24, 2022
Lista

Forget listing it all down yourself. MSMEs, meet Lista! This Philippine startup will help you manage your business finances and transactions all in one app. Oh, and they've just raised a $5.1M round led by Openspace Ventures.

  • Launched in September last year, they now have over 1M downloads.

Who else cashed in? East Ventures, Saison Capital and 1982 Ventures.

  • 👼🏻: Stephen CuUnjieng (ex-Chairman and CEO, Evercore Asia), Roland Ros (Co-founder and CEO, Kumu) and Rexy Dorado (Co-founder and President, Kumu).
  • Their last round was an undisclosed amount announced in November last year.

😬 Numbers make us dizzy too

Lista takes the stress out of business finances and helps you be even more efficient. Plus, the app's free too!

In and out. View and manage your daily business finances faster than ever.

  • Record your expenses, sales and debt receivables.

Forget wasting time doing the math and making mistakes! They'll calculate your total sales, expenses and profits instantly. (You can even view your daily, monthly and yearly profits!)

No more saying "the one that got away." For customers who owe you money (aka, debt receivables) for their earlier purchases, Lista will automatically send them texts to remind them of due dates.

  • Your customers will pay you back 3x faster!

🏃🏻‍♂️ Follow the customer

While Lista's app may seem MSME-focused, 30% of its users use it for their personal finances!

With this, the new cash is to go beyond B2B financial management tools.

  • The plan? Bring financial inclusion to individual Filipinos and move into new verticals like payments, credit and more financial services.
