It's UK data and analytics firm, Ascential! They help brands grow their e-commerce performance, maximize marketing and build the right products through information, analytics and e-commerce optimization.

🤑 It's a big deal

Initially, Ascential gave Intrepid a cash payment of $57M. As long as Intrepid meets their financial targets, they'll also potentially get deferred payments over four years that will total the deal's amount to $100M to $197M.

• Big targets, big bucks. Intrepid can potentially get as much as $250M if they're able to reach "very stretching targets."
