Up for Grab(s)? Here’s Nham24, a Cambodian super app that specializes in food and grocery delivery. Now, Grab just announced that they have completed a deal to acquire Nham24’s operations in Cambodia!

  • Yup, it’s legit. Grab got regulatory approval from the Competition Commission of Cambodia.

🏍️ Not just food

Besides delivering food and groceries, Nham24 offers ride-hailing and express deliveries.

  • You can even buy and sell items (or find or offer jobs) using the platform!
  • Nham24 was launched in 2016.

🥕 What the future holds?

Nham24’s scale and local insights with Grab’s AI-led tech capabilities can drive sustainable, long-term growth for on-demand services in the local market.

  • Merchants can access Grab’s suite of tools, such as a merchant portal and ads tool, to optimize operations, reach new consumers, and grow their business.

🪜 Next steps

According to Nham24’s FAQ page, they’re working with Grab to onboard their partner stores and restaurants to the Grab app.

  • So far, restaurants and riders can continue to receive orders through Nham24.
