I help F&B business owners to manage & control their restaurant food cost and wastage better.
🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
As an ex-restaurant owner that failed my own F&B business due to food cost issues, now I am helping thousands of restaurants to manage their food cost and wastage better through technology and data.
🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
When FMH successfully went live at whole Malaysia KFC outlets which were presented in front of Yum! Brands Global, JCorp BOD, and Johor Sultan, It's a proud moment for the team
🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?
The world is crazy about AI hype.
AI will be part of the tech startup DNA and bringing the team to adopt AI will be one of the important elements to increase value to customers and improve internal productivity.
💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?
Every industry has its uniqueness and no matter how successful you are at other industries, it's always good to re-learn about the industry you want to win.
🗣 What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?
Product Marketing fit for tech products. I always feel it's very rewarding to solve real problems through technology solutions.
🎥 What's your favorite movie/TV show?
I'm a fan of Marvel movies. I have named all my meeting rooms with location names from my favorite Marvel movies such as Stark Tower, Asgard, Atlantis, Wakanda, etc.
🍨 What's your go-to ice cream flavor?
I think choosing ice-cream flavour is similar to how I pick my fashion. I will always choose chocolate, while at work I always wear a black T-shirt. The main reason is to make faster decisions at non focus items.
