👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

My job is to help companies understand their workforce better, enabling them to maximise employee performance and drive business impact. My role is to grow our business in the APAC region by implementing this vision across as many companies as possible.

🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

While many CEOs acknowledge people as their greatest assets, it's surprising that few deeply understand their employees or take steps to optimize their workforce’s performance. Hence I spend a lot of time bridging this gap and helping businesses see the direct impact of people on business outcomes.

🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

Building a business from scratch and seeing it become a significant contributor to global revenue has been incredibly rewarding. Beyond financial growth, creating a high-performance team where people feel motivated and supported to achieve the seemingly impossible is deeply fulfilling.

🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?‍

I'm closely watching how companies integrate AI with human resources to drive their business growth, focusing on the balance between technology and the human element.

💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

Be curious. Always question existing methods, seek better solutions, and don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo.
