👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

It's a very dynamic job in which I have to multitask. I'm responsible for supervising Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR and Investor Relations. As the company grows, the challenges change and you have to adapt continuously.

The real challenge here is not to stick only with the daily issues but to be able to face new issues. The only way to do that is by expanding the team as the company grows and creating a great corporate culture.

🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

I had to choose between becoming a professional tennis player or pursue a business career. Did I choose wisely?

🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

I'm super proud of leading a team of 200 employees with my co-managers Alfonso, Alejandro and Jorge. Having a direct impact on so many people and successfully creating a great corporate culture is my greatest milestone achieved.

🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?‍

Outside our space I'm attracted to the edtech industry as it's a very scalable business model and improving people's lives. Together with the financial sector, they haven't been disrupted in many years, and there is a huge margin to improve.
