I'm Co-Founder of Kaishi, a recruitment firm focused on hiring the best talent for tech startups and VC firms across Southeast Asia.

Every operator wants to be a VC, and every VC wants to be an operator.

🔍  What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?

The decentralization of tech hubs will be great for talent, less so for companies, and continues to accelerate. We now see early-stage startups from the US and UK hire from Day 1 in SEA.

🗣  What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?

Startups! I love how every client is unique in the problems they're trying to solve.
