We help to incubate and accelerate startups across the APAC region.Ā
We also leverage Huawei's robust tech stack to help take our startups' products to the next level.

š§ What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
I speak 4 languages (English, Mandarin, Spanish, and Bahasa Indonesia). Iām trying to pick up Hindi!

š What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
Cultivating trust with my founders. When there is trust, it facilitates and opens up for honest communication between both parties.Ā
It humanizes the entire experience and that is what makes my job so satisfying.

š What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?ā
Like everyone else in the startup space, I've been very interested in Large Language Models (LLMs) and how this new technology will bring about changes (both positive and negative) in society.

š¼ What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?Ā
Having passion is key if you're thinking of jumping into the startup world.Ā
I think it is also very important to set aside time for yourself every day to reflect and introspect.Ā

The purpose of life itself!

I don't normally like watching movies or TV shows.
