👋🏼  How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

I find new ideas to help small business owners, then build a team within Growsari to deliver it. People hate me for it, but I'm like the "Chief Yoga Officer". My job is to stretch the thinking of the leaders!

🧐  What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

1) I only do meetings 4 hrs a day, and the rest is individual contribution time.

2) I love 0 to 1 more than working on large businesses.

3) I am a serial entrepreneur and investor in more than 30 businesses

🏆  What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

Growsari. Getting to this stage from scratch and trying to build a business to solve a social need. Def #1!

Loads of "achievements" at BCG and at P&G before that.

🔍  What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?

Here are a few. E-commerce enablers: platforms, payments, warehousing/logistics. Social commerce: platforms and tech enablers. Health platforms, especially in services: health records, doctor marketplaces, etc

💼  What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

1) If it's a real problem, stop thinking about it. Just go and build a prototype to solve it. Then, go from there.

2) Co-founders make or break your life, not just the company. Take your time, be wise about it.

🗣  What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?

The future of Omnichannel retail.

The Batman series from Chris Nolan, Matrix 1, Friends, the Big Bang Theory.

McDonald's soft serve vanilla!
