👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

Being a startup CEO can be seen as being the driver of an F1 car. You have to set the direction in which the car is headed and drive fast, yet it is complete teamwork where you rely on team members fulfilling their roles while you keep a pulse on how overall performance comes together.

🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

I am an avid poker player and deep dive into chess videos for hours, which makes complete sense. - my passion for numbers, risk-taking, and strategy lent well to being a CEO of a startup

🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

It has been a blessing to have a number of career highlights, which I group across different categories.

Personally: Meeting Jeff Bezos and the opportunity to observe his balance of smarts and humbleness

Accolades: Being recognized by NRI Org as Outstanding Global Indian of the year at the House of Lords, UK (for contribution across healthcare/health-tech) 

Business: launching the first web3-enabled product and services marketplace

🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?‍

There is tremendous innovation and spotlight on the healthtech and insurtech space as new solutions come to market and a clear growth in demand from individuals for preventive and acute care. These are two areas that fall into my professional domain whilst also being two that I watch keenly.

💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry? 

Resiliency. Following the entrepreneurial journey is one where you are constantly juggling fires and facing obstacles. You are the ultimate problem solver. At each stage of the company's growth, a new set of challenges are presented, and as the one steering the ship, you have to stay focused, keep moving forward and not let bumps in the road sink you.

🗣 What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours? 

Investments, tokens, altcoins, and NFTs. I am a huge believer in the technology and could talk about how different industries are adopting elements of the technology, and how their goals impact the elements they choose to use or adopt.
