Indonesia-based AC Ventures closes fifth fund at $210M

Chin up, SEA startups! There’s more $$$ coming your way soon. Indonesia-based venture firm AC Ventures announced that they raised $210M in the final close of their fifth fund, ACV Fund V.

  • They invest in startups across the region but are mostly focused on Indonesia.

LP check. International Finance Corporation and some investors from the US, the Middle East, and North Asia joined as LPs. 

  • Returning LPs also contributed more than half of the fund. 

💎 More about the firm 

With this, AC Ventures now has $500M assets under management. Oh, and they currently have a portfolio of 120 startups, like Waste4Change and Shipper

  • They’re looking to add about 25 companies to their portfolio with the new fund.
  • FYI. Typical check sizes are between $2M to $5M, but…
  • Depending on the speed of your growth, AC Ventures may invest $20M to $30M in your startup! 

🌷Fifth fund, here we go

AC Ventures has already started investing with their fifth fund, pouring money into startups like MAKA Motors and Koltiva

They‘re keen to invest in fintech, e-commerce, health tech, SME enablement, and the climate sectors for this fund.
