Kindred raises $5.5M Pre-Series A led by Integra

Hey, girl! Check out Kindred. This Philippine femtech startup just raised a $5.5M Pre-Series A round. They’re here to make women’s health accessible in the Philippines with their online and in-person services!

  • They’ve served over 20,000 women as clients with just their online clinic and single physical clinic. Over 40% of these clients have returned for multiple visits!

Investor check. Integra Partners led the round. Kaya Founders, KSR Ventures, Ava Zobel Pessina, Pawikan Capital Group, Tenco Capital, as well as angels joined in.

  • The details? They have their first $2.5M in the bag and have commitments for another $3M in a second tranche after key milestones are completed, which takes the round to $5.5M.

🩺 Online to offline

Launched in 2021 with their telehealth and virtual clinic services, they launched their first in-person clinic in 2023.

  • They have 70+ doctors across 25 sub-categories.
  • You can also access their mobile app!

🏥 What they do

Consultations. They have general medicine, OBGYN, mental health, infertility, infectious disease, and dermatology consultations.

Wellness services and more. They have immunizations, health screenings, ultrasounds, IV therapy, nutrition and fitness coaching, and contraceptives.

Not just B2C. They also offer memberships, corporate packages, and B2B2C services!

🤑 What’s with the $$$?

They’re looking to launch 10 additional clinics by the end of the year, level up their digital platforms, as well as launch and improve new and existing services.
