Love moving animations? The waving hands, bouncing characters, and other fun icons you see on decks, websites, marketing posts and more.

Malaysia and US-based LottieFiles makes them easy to use and create. And now, they’ve just raised strategic funding from design giants Figma and Webflow Ventures!

  • They’ve raised over $47M USD to date.
  • The platform has over 9M users and 280,000+ teams using its motion design platform.

Joining the club. Some of their current investors include Adobe Fund for Design, Microsoft Ventures, Automattic, Square Peg Capital, and more.

🤩 Industry innovation

They’ve created the Lottie and .lottie formats. It’s a new way to store and share animations! Say bye to waiting forever for downloads or taking up too much storage.

  • This makes it easy for animations to be integrated into any project easily.
  • It reduces file sizes by 80% on average.

👩🏻‍🎨 Creation made accessible

They also have their own web-based creation tool for motion design. Unlike typical tools, this makes it simpler to make great animations without the steep learning curve.

💪🏼 Animations, anytime

They’ve got a platform where you can create, collaborate, and use animations with your team. Think Canva, but for motion design!
