Malaysia’s getting caffeinated! Hextar Industries Berdad, through their subsidiary Global Aroma Sdn Bhd, is bringing the Luckin Coffee franchise to Malaysia!

• They entered into a strategic partnership with Luckin Coffee Holding Singapore Pte Ltd.
• This allows Global Aroma to develop, open, and operate coffee shops with the Luckin Coffee brand all over Malaysia.

Founded in 2017, Luckin Coffee operates over 21K stores in more than 300 cities worldwide as of the third quarter of 2024. 

• They opened their first two stores in Singapore last March 2023. (They now have around 30!)

China domination? Luckin Coffee is quickly taking over Starbucks as the number one coffee chain spot in China. 

• The menu. Their signatures are the Barista Brews, but they also sell best-sellers like their Coconut Latte, Big Cheese Latte, and Orange Americano.
• Tech-powered! Luckin Coffee customers don’t order their coffee over the counter. They can order their favorite drinks via their app, which has exclusive deals and vouchers
