Investor check. Alpha JWC and Picus Capital co-led the round. FEBE Ventures, Basis Set Ventures, Ratio Ventures and Frances Kang (Horizons Ventures) also joined in.

🤯 Why it matters

Localizing HR is super important. HR managers in different countries collect different data and have tons of local labor regulations to follow.

• In Singapore, employees share their kids' birth certificates to apply for government reimbursements for childcare leave.
• You won't be doing that in Indonesia. Instead, you'll collect not one but three of your employees' government IDs (resident's card, family card and tax ID).

Most local solutions in SEA only support basic admin and payroll functions, don't work well across markets and don't have other features (like onboarding, recruitment and employee document management).

• This means your HR teams are wasting time doing manual tasks and likely using a combination of (too many) tools.

Ok, but what about foreign HR software? They may have more features but aren't localized. Plus, localizing is a major challenge for them because SEA's so complex.
