Say hi to ProCredit. They’re an SME lender based in the Philippines on a mission to speed up the loan application process. And they just raised a $4.1M pre-seed!

Investor check. Integra Partners led the round. The Menardo Jimenez Family Office, M Venture Partners, Cento Ventures, Gobi Partners, and several local angels joined in!

💳 What’s different about ProCredit

SMEs, we all know applying for loans is a pain. You need to fill out forms, fix your documentation, and talk to different administrative agents, making the process way too long.

  • With ProCredit, you can engage with senior decision-makers upfront in your very first meeting.
  • Plus, they have a rules-based underwriting, portfolio management architecture, and flexible product offerings, which are all powered by proprietary technology.

🔢 How they manage loans?

ProCredit doesn’t operate a lending platform, so they don’t accept or process loan applications and approvals online.

  • They manage loans through face-to-face interactions at their office.
  • Oh, and they also conduct physical visits to a customer’s place of business to reduce the risk of bad loans.

⏭️ What’s next?

They’ll expand their loan book and raise additional capital.

  • Oh, and they’re also considering expanding into the banking sector, which would allow them to offer a fuller suite of lending solutions!
