Singapore-based Healint acquired by Aptar Digital Health

It’s acquisition season. Aptar Digital Health, a global digital healthcare company, recently acquired Singapore-based startup Healint!

  •  Aptar Digital Health also acquired Healint’s Migraine Buddy and Clarrio apps.

Founded in 2013, Healint is known for their virtual clinical trials, real-world evidence, and patient registries platform. 

  • They conduct virtual clinical trials that deliver high-quality data in a short study timeline. 
  • According to their website, they serve Teva, Novartis, Sanofi, and other pharmaceutical companies.

That’s not it. Oh, and they also develop solutions for people with chronic migraines (Migraine Buddy) and chronic pain (Clarrio). 

  • The firm uses sensor technologies, deep analytics, and machine learning to generate real-world evidence for patients and physicians for better treatment outcomes.

Meanwhile, Aptar Digital Health offers end-to-end solutions to enhance patient experiences.

  • They have mobile and web apps, connected drug delivery solutions, onboarding, training, and advanced data analytics services.  
  • The company is part of AptarGroup, a global firm involved in drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing, and protection technologies.

Healint will integrate with Aptar Digital Health’s operations immediately.  

The acquisition will allow Aptar Digital Health to broaden their portfolio in neurology and give them expanded capabilities!

  • This includes patient community management, patient activation, AI-based data collection and analysis, and digital diagnostics.
