September 17, 2024

Here’s SDAX! This Singaporean digital asset exchange just raised a $50M Series B2. They’re here to give investors better access to institutional-grade global investment opportunities.

  • They’re regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Investor check. Oman’s Muscat Precious Metals Refining Company LLC (MPMR) led the round. Several returning investors also joined in!

  • They raised a $18M Series B funding round in 2021 led by PSA International, Straits Trading Company, and New Horizon Global.

🤔 How it works

They have curated global digital investment opportunities and offer secondary market trading for accredited, professional, and expert investors.

  • They have partnerships with digital assets players globally, creating a seamless and efficient cross-border digital assets ecosystem.

What kind of investments are they? They could be private equities, funds, real estate, private credit, art, and alternatives that have passed SDAX’s due diligence process.

You’re golden. This April ,they launched  securitized gold tokens, allowing investors to fractionalize gold investments and trade backed by physical gold bullion.

💰 What’s with the $$$?

They’ll grow their client base and expand their business lines. Plus, they’ll be expanding regionally!

  • They’ll launch a digital asset exchange in Oman.
  • It’ll be a strategic gateway to the GCC and Africa, and it’ll also connect Oman to liquidity pools globally.
