  • They’ve hit profitability in Singapore.
  • They claim to have billions of dollars in AUM and have doubled their average client’s assets on the platform since 2023.

Investor check. Returning investors Valar Ventures and Unbound, as well as two UK family offices joined in.

  • They raised a $30M Series B in 2021.
  • They’ve raised a total of $79M.

🤔 How it works

Founded in 2017 and launched in 2019, they have multiple offerings, from managed portfolios and fractional investing all the way to cash management solutions and a brokerage platform.

  • They also offer retail investors access to institutional products by partnering with banks and investment firms like Blackrock, Pimco, and Vanguard.
  • They don’t require users to have a minimum deposit or meet additional requirements to avail these products.

Money matters. They make money through fees.

💰 What’s with the $$$?

They’ll offer more products and double down on growth in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Oh, and they’ll also be looking into strategic investment opportunities for acquisitions, with an eye for digital-first platforms!
