😉 This isn’t the first time

They’ve already successfully launched this initiative in Hong Kong and Australia, where these two startups won $10k and $5k in grants:

Australia: Nobody’s Princess. They’re a size and shape inclusive ski and snowboarding label.

• The grant allowed them to expand to the US and Canada (some of the biggest snow markets in the world) quicker—without having to sacrifice their growth and investment into their home market, ANZ.
• Airwallex’s tools also allowed them to easily start operating and transacting in the US and Canada.

Australia: Gether. They’re an AI-powered personal assistant for parents that proactively gathers and manages family events, appointments, and tasks to reduce mental load.  

• The grant enabled Gether to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing paid partnerships with targeted Facebook groups, incentivized customer referrals, and a retargeting campaign designed to re-engage potential customers.
• The founders planned to use a portion of the budget to incentivize survey completion from users who don't fully sign up, with the goal to refine their product language and gain valuable feedback.

In Hong Kong, the Airwallex for Startups program launched exclusive offers for Hong Kong’s entrepreneurs to support the city’s early-stage businesses on international expansion.
