XSQUARE Technologies raises $7.8M Series A to bring intelligent automation to warehouses

May 24, 2024

Here’s XSQUARE Technologies! This Singapore-based startup helps warehouses become more efficient with tech solutions like autonomous forklifts.

Now, they’ve just raised a 10.5M SGD ($7.8M) Series A!

  • Founded in 2019, their clients include Coca-cola, GSK, and more!

Investor check. Wavemaker Partners led the round. SEEDS Capital and Goldbell Corporation also joined in!

🤔 The context

There are regular labor shortages, and they’re tough to fill. At the same time, there’s more and more pressure to optimize operations.

That’s why warehouses are transitioning to more autonomous, intelligent solutions instead of purely using manpower.

And XSQUARE supports you to do that from end to end, at your own pace!

  • They’ll understand your needs, create a unique plan, help guide your organization and stakeholders throughout the process, implement the automation, and support you even after!

🤖 Don’t hate, automate

Autonomous machines. They have multiple models of machines to fit your business needs, like stackers, tow-tractors, and forklifts!

  • They partnered with Mitsubishi Logisnext (ML) to co-develop a new line of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and distribute XSQUARE’s tech across ML’s

Software. It’s their AI-powered warehouse control software that integrates across your warehouse equipment and sub-systems.

  • It’s also a command center where you can manage the tasks you are automating across the warehouse!

💰 What’s with the $$$?

They’ll speed up their regional growth, scale up operations, and double down on product development.
